Shipping policy

Order Availability

Orders can be placed online any day from Tuesday to Sunday. We do not accept orders on Mondays, as this day is reserved for restocking, preparation, and floral processing.

Delivery Schedule

All deliveries are fulfilled during our regular operating days from Tuesday to Sunday. Delivery is not available on Mondays.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fee is based on distance. The rate is 2 dollars per mile from our location to the delivery address.

At checkout, customers can enter their delivery address and view the delivery fee before placing the order. If for any reason the system does not automatically calculate the distance, customers will be contacted to confirm the final delivery cost before the order is processed.

Pickup

Pickup options remain available during standard store hours from Tuesday to Sunday.

Order Confirmation Email

Once an order is placed, customers receive an automatic confirmation email. This email includes:

• Order details
• Selected delivery or pickup time
• Estimated delivery fee (if calculated at checkout)

If the delivery fee cannot be calculated automatically or requires manual confirmation, a follow up email or message will be sent with the updated total.

We are currently working on improving the automated confirmation email to ensure customers receive clearer and more accurate information immediately after ordering.
